Principle of automatic mixing cup

Automatic mixing cup is a beverage container with automatic mixing function. It uses a special design principle to ensure that the drink can be stirred evenly without the need for external forces.

This principle is based on the way an electric mixer works. Inside the stirring mechanism at the bottom of the cup, there is a small motor that provides power through a built-in battery or external power supply. The motor is connected to the agitator by a gear or drive.

When the stirring mechanism starts, the motor begins to rotate, driving the stirrer rod to rotate rapidly. The agitator usually consists of one or more stirring pieces that are distributed at the bottom of the rod and protruding outwards.

During the mixing process, the mixers move rapidly in the cup, while the rotation of the blender rod drives the drink to circulate up and down. This circulating flow will continuously turn, stir and mix the liquid in the glass, so that the ingredients of the drink can be fully and evenly mixed together.

In order to ensure a better mixing effect, the stirrer rod is usually designed with a special shape to increase the area of contact between the stirring sheet and the liquid. At the same time, the mixing mechanism is also placed at the bottom of the cup to ensure that the entire mixing process is more uniform and stable.

In general, the automatic mixing cup uses the principle of the built-in electric mixer to drive the mixing sheet to move rapidly in the liquid by rotating the stirrer rod, so as to achieve rapid and uniform mixing of drinks. In this way, users can easily stir and blend with the simple press of a switch, and enjoy an even drink easily and quickly.
